The transition of the soldier into civilian life is crucial.  This soldier who has risked his/her life, sacrificed the needs of their Family and neglected themselves for their country deserves the best welcoming we can produce.  We believe the soldier must be properly welcomed home.  Veterans Bridge Solutions has produced a great system called “Welcome Back”.  For instance, maybe there should be a job fair on behalf of the soldier, or maybe a host of family members waiting to greet him/her, or maybe a child that has never met his Father is seen by the returning soldier for the first time.  These are some of the possibilities of the Veterans Bridge “welcome back” program.  To the soldier, this experience will make a world of difference.
